تُستخدم آلة تقشير القوالب المصقولة لتقشير القشور الرقيقة للبندق والفول السوداني،
بعد إخراج المنتجات التي تدخل من حجرتها، تقوم بسرعة بإزالة قشرة الفول السوداني/البندق، وذلك بفضل الفرش المطاطية الموجودة في الأسفل والأعلى،
وترسلها خارج الماكينة بدون قشرتها.
أثناء عملية إزالة القشرة، يتم إرسال الأصداف المتبقية من المنتجات إلى إعصار المسحوق. للحصول على أفضل النتائج، يجب تحميص المنتجات، وليس الخام،
قبل إدخالها إلى هذه الآلة.
يمكن إنتاج آلتنا بالكامل من الكروم AISI 304 أو شبه الكروم حسب الطلب.
تعمل بالكهرباء.
