عسل الكستناء العنبري هو نوع من العسل ذو طعم حاد ونكهة مكثفة ومحتوى غني، يتم تجميعه من زهور أشجار الكستناء في منطقة مرمرة وساحل البحر الأسود.

Diğer ballara nazaran farklı fiziksel özelliklere sahiptir.
Tatlı, buruk ve acımsı tatları aynı arada barındırması ve tadıldığı takdirde ağızda yoğun bir tat bırakır.
Kestane balı kahverengi olup, yoğun kıvamlıdır.
PH değeri ise diğer çiçek ballarına nazaran daha yüksektir.
