A machine that can salt nuts such as chickpeas, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and cashews with high capacity.
You can salt 500 kg of nuts or seeds at a time.
It has an automatic system and a body made of stainless chrome. In addition, it conforms to the World Health Organization's food standards.
The machine operates in two cycles. In the first turn, turn clockwise and rinse the nuts with salt, water, etc.
After reaching the desired level of nuts, the second one rotates counterclockwise and dumps the mixture into the elevator vault.
It is sensitive to salt content setting with load cell system. You can control all salt, water, scent and product ratios using a PLC panel.
