Usage Instructions:
For 2 kg or 2.5 kg of chicken, use 1 kg of coating mix.
Add 150 grams of cold water to 100 grams of crispy coating mix and mix them together.
Dip the chicken drumsticks into this sauce you prepared earlier, then coat them with the remaining 200 grams of powdered crispy coating mix.
Fry them in oil at 170 degrees Celsius.
