- How it works?
- This machine, generally used by hand, roasts the product in salt and then pours the product into a salt sieve in front of it.
- The machine has a salt/dust cyclone powered by a fan system.
- In this way, the waste generated during the roasting phase enters the cyclone through the air.
- You can empty the product using two different handle baskets: perforated and non-perforated.
