Description
- The roasting machine roasts nuts with hot salt using a rotating drum.
- It can produce a minimum of 80kg/h to a capacity of 340kg/h, depending on the product.
- The hot boiler evenly roasts the products through the salt.
- It is mostly used for roasting products such as pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, hazelnuts, peanuts and roasted
- chickpeas. It has a single stage and high performance burner.
- The rotary roasting oven with drum system is completely made of rust-resistant material.
- Fuel options include natural gas, LPG and diesel.
- All our products are TSE, CE and CSA certified.
- How it works?
- This machine, generally used by hand, roasts the product in salt and then pours the product into a salt sieve in front of it.
- The machine has a salt/dust cyclone powered by a fan system. In this way, the waste generated during the roasting phase enters the cyclone
- through the air.
- You can empty the product using two different handle baskets: perforated and non-perforated.
