In this type of diffusers, the diffuser surface is shaped from 1.2 mm thick DKP sheet metal.
Air adjustment blades are made of black plastic material.
The standard coating process is carried out with the electrostatic powder coating method in standard colors coded RAL 9010 and 9016.
Optionally, it can be made in other colors and anodized coating.
Plenum box: It is used behind the diffuser to ensure optimum throw characteristics.
It is produced with top or side entry.
Optionally, an internally or externally controlled air damper is applied on the connection neck.
Plenum boxes are shaped from 0.6 mm galvanized sheet metal.
It is mounted by hanging it with the fasteners on it.
If acoustic insulation is desired, 6 mm thick matte black polyurethane foam material is applied inside the box.
