Puzzle Enthusiasts to Work!
Both children and adults will have a pleasant time with Hanoi Towers!
Towers of Hanoi, which is a mathematical intelligence game, is a great game that provides children's mathematical intelligence, logical
perception, figural perception, coordination and the ability to play. For puzzle enthusiasts, solving the hanoi game is a great achievement.
The tower of Hanoi is used as an educational material in teaching mathematics.
How to play?
The aim of the towers of Hanoi is to move the conical tower, which consists of wooden discs of different sizes, from one post to another in
the three-post playing field, with the least amount of moves.
Rules:
*One disc can be moved per move,
*Disks should always be arranged from small to large when viewed from top to bottom (i.e. a large disk cannot be placed on top of a small
disk),
*The top disk of the tower can be taken,
*Discs can be transferred to the desired pole provided that the above rules are followed.
The relationship between the number of discs and the number of moves in the Towers of Hanoi is briefly as follows:
If n=2 (n=number of disks) is taken for 2 discs, it becomes 22-1=3 from the 2n-1 formula. This formula is the number of moves that must be
made to solve the game. The number of moves to be made for 3 discs is 23-1=7. That means you will solve the game in 7 moves.
